The Tampa Bay Reflux Center doctors’ goal is to accurately diagnose typical and atypical patients who suffer from Gastro-Esophageal-Reflux Disease through a streamlined approach. Focusing primarily on heartburn and reflux patients, we are at the forefront in the treatment of this epidemic. By offering multiple treatment options, we are able to custom tailor the best cure for each of our patients.
We understand that the only way to effectively treat GERD and provider long-term symptom relief for patients is to correct the root problem (a weakened or poorly functioning Lower Esophageal Sphincter) through anti-reflux surgery. We’ve spent decades perfecting our minimally invasive surgical techniques, and are proud to be listed among the top reflux surgeons in SouthEast Florida and - in regards to LINX surgery - the country. We’ve made it our mission to educate patients about what causes GERD and the dangers of using medications like PPIs as a treatment method. As a result, our patients leave their initial consultation feeling educated about their condition, empowered to make the right treatment decision for their specific needs, and inspired to take back their lives from their GERD symptoms.
